A.M. Training Institute’s CNA training program prepares students to work in a nursing home, home health care agency, or group home and/or hospital. The first 45 hours of the course are classroom/lab and the remaining 30 hours of clinical will be in a nursing home.

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
• Complete application and enrollment form
• Submit payment prior to taking the online course
• ID
• Social Security Card
• Must have Completed physical (Form linked)
• COVID vaccine card or exemption form
• Must have negative TB Test (Form linked)
• Must undergo and pass background screening
• MMR/Varicella/Hepatitis B Immunization Records

NOTE: Students below 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian physically present to sign the student’s enrollment paperwork. Tuition Cost: $680
